Imperfect Self

As a photographer, an image isn't always what it seems. In fact it almost never is. We photographers can create anything into the ideal image.

Modeling has always been a passion of mine, but I won't stand to be portrayed as something other than myself. 

I took these portraits after work one day, it wasn't any particular day, but rather a time of recognition for my off skin tones, my acne here and there and my simple red lip of course.  

These photographs are imperfect, and that's what makes them perfect.
